Heart-Healthy Pasta Salad
February is Heart month! So we decided to share a heart-healthy recipe from the Heart & Stroke Foundation. This deliciously light pasta salad is great for lunch or dinner! Meditteranean Tortellini Pasta Salad Makes 6 servings Ingredients 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb/454 g) 2 tbsp (25 mL) canola oil, divided 1 tsp (5 mL) Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper 1 pkg (350 g) cheese tortellini 1 small English cucumber, chopped 1 container (227 g) grape tomat
