Traditional Hot Cross Buns Makes 2 1/2 Dozen Ingredients 2 packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast 2 cups warm whole milk (110° to 115°) 2 large eggs, room temperature 1/3 cup butter, softened 1/4 cup sugar 1-1/2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoo
