Healthy Chocolate Mousse

Ever wonder what avocados and chocolate taste like together?! Well, it's delicious! Now you have a chance to try it out yourself with this yummy, creamy, healthy chocolate mousse!


This dairy and gluten-free dessert is sweetened from honey, instead of refined sugars, too!


Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 3 Tbsp cacao powder

  • 2–4 Tbsp honey, to taste

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 Tbsp almond milk

  • fresh fruit – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries


Directions

  1. Remove the seed and peel from the avocados.

  2. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process until everything well combined and smooth in texture, scraping the sides. Add a little more honey, to taste, if desired. Process until there are no clumps.

  3. Serve in a bowl with fresh fruit.
