Who's a fan of ice cream!?
These cute, colourful ice cream-inspired fans can help keep you cool in these hot summer months!
Materials
Templates included here (or you can draw your own!)
Cardstock (thicker paper, but printer paper will do!)
Tongue depressors (wooden) or popsicle/craft sticks
Markers, pencil crayons, or paint
Embellishments, such as pom-poms, glitter, ribbon, stickers, etc.
Scissors
Craft glue
Instructions
Using the templates included here, or by drawing your own, print out/draw on card stock or printer paper the ice cream or popsicle design of your choice.
Colour or paint your design. You can also add any embellishments, using glue, to your design for a more creative and 3-D style design!
Once your design is complete and dry, carefully cut along the outside of the shape.
Glue the wooden tongue depressor or popsicle stick to the bottom of the design, leaving most of it exposed, but secure to the design. This will act as a handle for your fan!
Let dry before using!
Keep yourself cool by gently fanning yourself with your new fan!
