This Sunday, March 20th is the Spring Equinox! A wonderful day to celebrate the gifts that the spring season has to offer, such as longer, sunnier, and warmer days!
To kick-off the spring season, we wanted to share this adorable springtime characters craft that can easily be done, with assistance, using a few household and craft items.
Here's what you need:
Cardboard Rolls (paper towel or toilet paper rolls)
Craft glue
Scissors
Decor Paper* or paint
Pencil Crayons or Markers
Design template
Instructions
Cover each cardboard roll with decor paper (adhere with glue) or use paint to cover the outside of each roll. Let dry.
Using the template, colour and then cut out each shape you want to use (bowtie, carrot, nose, ears) for your design.
Using the glue, carefully paste each shape onto the covered cardboard roll to create a springtime bunny face and body.
Colour the grass outline green and secure in place in front of your characters.
